SELF-COMPASSION AT SHOE INDUSTRY
The self-compassion must be moderate within this sector and I think it is necessary to have flexibility because we are dealing with humans. It is good for organizations to have a balance of the personalities proposet by Christopher Germer since we are dealing with a wide diversity of people.
